Libère-toi Program
The Libère-toi Program is an accompaniment and support service for survivors of sexual violence offered by L’Accueil Sainte-Famille Inc.
Who is this program for?
People of any gender identity or sexual orientation
- People aged 16 and over
- People affected by past or recent sexual assault
- Primary or secondary victims
Offered services:
- 24/7 helpline
- Guidance and support services
- Therapeutic services
- Sexual violence prevention program (educational and awareness activities conducted in the community)
Guidance and support services
- Short-term crisis intervention
- Help navigating through the system (health, social and judicial systems)
- Provide information and advocate on behalf of survivors
Therapeutic Services
- Improve the person’s current quality of life
- Help the person process their traumatic memories and experiences
- Help bring the person back to a normal life
- Regain a sense of wellbeing and safety
- Help the person reconnect with their body and sexuality through self-soothing and mindfulness techniques.
